Don’t Let a Poor Business Plan Crush Your MedTech Dreams
Turn your Project into an Investment Magnet with this FREE Tip Book
Hello
Thank you for taking the time to visit this site, I’ll only take a couple of minutes as I know your time it very valuable.
Here goes
In my 11 years of consulting for over 100 Medical Technology Companies from all over the world, I know the one thing that holds projects back time after time, funding. From small molecules and biotechnology to medical devices, they all have had their developments held up by funding issues.
Its not about the science
The projects that seem to have the least going for them scientifically and the ones that are so effective with such solid science it has you reaching for your own mortgage to back them. They all have the same delays, obtaining the funding; even the ones that are developed within Big Pharma have to justify their funding.
The winners are not those you think
The other big thing that I have noticed is that we can’t predict from the science or development burden which will get funding. No! there is a factor outside of all that, that does makes the difference.
Money magnets
There is a little something that makes all the difference and that is the business plan. It’s true, even the least likely projects with a great business plan seem to get funded whilst those projects that appear to be obvious candidates for cash, but have poor plans just never seem to make it out of the academic lab.
The X factor
So what did we decide to do? After spending a huge amount of time talking to funders and managers of successful projects and reading their business plans we have condensed all the wisdom into one little book.
Now at last you can make sure you have all your ducks lined up.
